PANACEA ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENTS

LONDONDERRY, NH -- September 21, 1992 -- Panacea Inc. today announced a
distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc., the world's leading
distributor of microcomputer products. Under the terms of the agreement,
Ingram will distribute Panacea's WinSpeed Windows Display Accelerator to
its worldwide base of reseller customers.

According to Panacea's founder, Jake Richter, "With its strong distribution
network, Ingram Micro will provide a tremendous boost for us in the
reseller channel. We are truly looking forward to our relationship with
them."

WinSpeed is a software-only solution which accelerates display performance
under Windows and Windows applications by 2X to 5X, and provides 256 color
support. The product is cited as an alternative for Windows users who are
plagued with cumbersome display performance but do not wish to purchase or
install costly hardware upgrades for their PCs. Designed to work with over
85% of all SuperVGA architectures on the market, WinSpeed works with all
cards containing the Tseng Labs ET4000 video controller, as well as
SuperVGA boards from ATI, Paradise, Trident, and Video Seven. An "Auto
Detection" utility included with WinSpeed will aid those users who are
unsure of the SuperVGA card/chipset within their PC.

product line of Autodesk and MS Windows software applications accelerators
in Canada The move further solidifies a commitment to serve the needs of
PC users worldwide with Panacea's products.
