======> About the "Metaforms"

You play Kirt, who can change into 3 other forms.
Left click on the face icon of the form you wish to become.

HUMAN - The only form that can change to another.
KAHPA - Amphibious - can breathe under water, has powerful "shock" and "sonic"
        attacks.
SSAIR - Flying red dragon - has strong tail and fire attacks
GROST - Stone giant - can punch through some walls - strong resistance to
        fire and most physical attacks - powerful earthquake attack affects
        all creatures close by - can paralyze some creatures.

Only the human form can recover lost magic power. All the forms can rest and
recover life energy, some faster than others.

========> General gameplay

WALKING, RUNNING, SWIMMING. Press and hold left mouse button while cursor is
in the view window. The farther from the center of the window your cursor is,
the faster you move. The shape of the arrow determines direction.

JUMPING. Press the right mouse button while the jump icon (up arrow) is
selected. Speed of movement determines how far you jump.

COMBAT. Left click on a hand, foot, or other attack icon to activate it, then
right click on the target.

PICK UP AND DROP OBJECTS. Right click on object to pick up, right click near
bottom of view window to drop.

USING THINGS. Activate icon or hand-with-object by left clicking, then right
click cursor over target. (Your face is target for red health vial!)

OPENING/CLOSING. Right click on object, door, or pull chain.

CURSORS:
* White arrow in view window - no option selected
* Black & red crosses - hand or appendage selected
* Orange & black circles or glowing blue cross - special ability selected
